OSCIL staff members attended the Cape Verdean and Educational Programs Mastro Celebration

on Sunday, June 12th in the East Providence. The event provides cultural and educational information to children and adults in the community. We met a lot of great people who stopped by our table to chat and learn more about our programs and services!
